CIPR Accredited Practitioner

Following the completion of two consecutive cycles of continued professional development (CPD) I have now become a CIPR Accredited Practitioner.

Why does that matter to me?

The world is changing and developing at an alarming rate and reading, webinars and lectures are just a few ways of keeping up with the latest developments – both in PR and marketing but also in the industries in which I work. Practitioners gain knowledge and learn from each other, sharing scenarios and case studies. Personally I find it interesting, motivational and gives me confidence that I continue to act and advise in a client’s best interests.

Should that matter to you?

When you engage the services of a freelance practitioner or agency you need to be confident you are investing in the right person or business. We see many PR ‘specialists’ with no formal training, membership body or commitment to continued education. You need someone who will not only provide a positive return on your investment but also act ethically.
