The business combines Claire’s passion for all things equine and rural whilst championing, and providing support and expertise to, independent rural businesses. It is a role that she loves and it is both pleasantly challenging and extremely rewarding.

In a small business it can often feel like you are juggling many different balls all at once and are required to have many different sets of skills. We help take the pressure off by providing a public relations and marketing department, tailored to your needs. We offer services on an ad hoc or retained basis so that you can choose the level of support you receive.

Claire graduated with an equine business degree and completed a post graduate certificate in equine science. In 2014 she became a member of the CIPR and completed their Advanced Certificate. She has also gained certificates in Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing and Digital Copywriting. Critical to this fast paced and ever-evolving business environment, Claire is committed to ensuring that her skills and knowledge are up to date so that she can continue to offer the best advice and service possible. Her commitment to ongoing education is evidenced by gaining CIPR Accredited Practitioner status in 2023. The digital world has exploded in recent years and it is an area which is optimised in our activities however, people are at the heart of everything we do and remain at the forefront of our campaigns.

Forge PR boasts an established team of talented and trusted professionals in graphic design, websites and printing which enables us to provide you with a complete service. Alternatively, we can dovetail into your business and work with your existing contacts. Working collaboratively and sharing experience and inspiration provides different skills and a better outcome.

Claire grew up on an arable farm in Cambridgeshire but her home (and office) is now nestled on the edge of the beautiful Black Mountains just outside Abergavenny in South Wales. We currently have clients across the UK and abroad; we are happy to travel or utilise technology – whichever you prefer!
